What we collect
When you enquire about a personalised book, we collect the parent or guardian's contact details, the story preferences you choose to share and, if you provide one, an image of your child. We only ask for information that helps us respond or create the service you requested.
Child details and photos
Please only share a child's details or image when you are their parent or legal guardian, or have permission to do so. We use this information only to discuss and create the requested storybook, do not sell it or use it for advertising, and will remove it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
How we use it
We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare personalised storybooks, provide support and keep Customise.io safe. We do not sell personal information or use a child's information for advertising.
